Trung Ha, MD is a Board-Certified Interventional Pain Medicine Specialist at Quantum Pain & Sports Medicine in Irving, Texas. He completed his residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) at the prestigious Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. Following his residency, Dr. Ha relocated to Cleveland to complete an ACGME-accredited anesthesia interventional pain fellowship at the world-renowned Cleveland Clinic Foundation. He is now Double Board-Certified in Interventional Pain Medicine and PM&R.

At Quantum Pain & Sports Medicine, Dr. Ha specifically tailors treatment plans according to his patient’s needs and current lifestyle. He also embraces a holistic multidisciplinary approach to patient care. Dr. Ha offers a combination of cutting-edge interventional pain procedures, regenerative medicine, medications, anti-inflammatory food plan, and customized exercise regimen to nourish his patients’ physical, psychological, and emotional health. Therefore, optimizing patients’ health, function, and quality of life.

Dr. Ha’s desire to help people stemmed from his own harrowing experience as a child after boiling water scorched half of his body, resulting in third-degree burns, followed by a sports injury to his knee. Both incidents required rehabilitation, which he underwent alongside his father, who at the time was suffering from chronic lower back pain.

During therapy, Dr. Ha befriended both staff and patients and learned about the emotional, physical, and psychological aspects of pain. This inspired his passion to develop innovative ways to help those suffering from injuries and pain to regain their confidence and quality of life.

Dr. Ha is recognized by his patients and his peers for his compassionate and world-class medical care. He was honored with the Quality of Excellence Award from Texoma Medical Center in Denison, Texas, in 2018. During his residency at Baylor College of Medicine, he was also awarded the Graduating Resident Teacher of the Year Award.
